A Combined Exercise and Nutrition Class
Half the time is spent learning about nutrition and wellness strategies to optimize your health, and the other half exercising with bodyweight, balls and bands. Typically a 1-hour class. Class format and length can be adjusted to meet your organization's needs.

From health challenges to fitness challenges, wellness challenges are an effective way to improve teamwork, fitness, and health across your organization. Challenges can be as short as a week or as long as four weeks based on the interest level of everyone involved.
