This is a 12 week behavior-change coaching program to address the real food and lifestyle challenges YOU face—and help you develop the sustainable habits you need to eat and live better for life.

That includes practice in foundational skills like,
  • what you’re eating,
  • how much you’re eating,
  • how you’re eating,
  • why you’re eating.
You’ll learn all the essential information of what, how, and why to eat.  

But, the key to changing usually isn’t a matter of knowing more information. This is why fitness blogs, books and magazines aren't helping us.  

And, there’s a reason meal plans, macros, and restrictive diets don’t work: They’re not designed for the long run.

The key to changing is staying focused and motivated to act, every day, consistently.

With this program, you'll see the essential evidence-based information on nutrition and deep health, delivered through personalized small steps, alongside me as your coach. 

Together, we'll address the lifestyle and food challenges YOU face every day —like binge eating, skipping meals, on-the-go lifestyle, or a negative self image—and develop the nutrition and change skills you need to stay committed to your goals 24/7.

I’ll provide you with personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and of course—I’ll be there every step of the way to help you stay consistent, overcome obstacles, and stay on track.

Once you’ve decided to join my coaching program, I’ll send you an invitation to create an account on ProCoach—which is the online coaching software we’ll use to set goals, provide progress updates, and access your custom nutrition program. 

You’ll also be able to easily connect with me through this online platform via instant messaging. And, you can access your program anytime from a computer or a smartphone through the Apple or Android mobile app. 

This is super easy to use and keeps all of your information in one place—which is beneficial for both of us. 

Once we’ve taken care of those logistics, the first thing you’ll do is complete a questionnaire to help me better understand your goals, lifestyle, food intake, exercise, and stress. I want to provide as personalized of a program as possible, so this will help me really get to know you and understand what you want to achieve. 

From there, I’ll take all the information you’ve provided and  build a custom nutrition program for you. 

We’ll break your big goals down into small, doable daily actions. 

Your job is simply to login into your online account (or open the app on your phone) each day to see what skill we’re focusing on at that time and provide a quick “daily check in” to let me know how it’s going. 

My job is to provide you with professional coaching and accountability.  Each week, you'll have a scheduled 1-on-1, 30 minute coaching call with me.  As someone who's "been there, done that" and knows how to navigate, I'll help you problem-solve, and obstacle-proof your success.

We take it one day—and one small step—at a time, adjusting as needed to build the habits you need to reach your goals and achieve a life-changing transformation. 

How much will it cost?

$179 USD per month for 3 months (a one-time payment of $537 USD).
