I'm Jaime Trakofler and as a wife and working parent of three children, I understand the challenges of balancing the demands of real life with healthy living.
My fitness philosophy? I train for life.
What does it mean? To take control of my life so I can be:
- healthy and empowered in my one-of-a-kind body
- strong, energetic and confident in my everyday activities
- well-balanced in my life for personal health and well-being
I am aware that the way you live your life has a direct impact on your well-being. This awareness came slowly, over years of becoming more self-aware and learning about health and wellness. Then, it came quickly, in a teachable moment when I encountered a life-altering health challenge. My experience made me realize what really matters and what doesn’t. And that we should all be grateful for the human body and our health.
I am committed to healthy living so I can continue to participate in the activities that I enjoy for many years to come. My hope is to instill these beliefs in others and help them "train for life.”
I’m passionate about coaching people who are truly ready to do the work to realize their goals. And, I’m particularly passionate about educating, inspiring and motivating midlife women to prioritize their health and find an approach to food and fitness that works for them.
