I can help.  I’m a Certified Menopause Coach and fully schooled in the most up-to-date approaches to lifestyle, nutrition and exercise through the peri-menopause and menopause years. 

Most of my clients are 40+ women. Women who have full and busy lives. Women who want help finding nutritional strategies and an exercise program that doesn’t require long hours or an obsessive focus on calorie counting. Women who aren’t looking for quick fixes or overnight results, but the gateway to a long life of being able to continue doing the things they love.

Equally as important as my professional experience, I’m also personally familiar with the midlife body changes my clients are experiencing. I’m 50+ and can no longer eat or exercise the way I could in my 20’s and 30’s. Those approaches just don’t work anymore. Fluctuating hormones, slowing metabolism and changing life priorities have required me to find other solutions. I understand and can empathize with the challenges and frustrations my clients share with me.  

I’m particularly passionate about empowering women by helping them be better informed about this phase of life and the natural treatments available to combat the symptoms caused by hormonal imbalance.

Jaime’s coaching process is about much more than losing the weight so many women gain in midlife. In fact, at times, it’s more mental work than physical. I figured out my priorities and found out how to have compassion for myself as I transitioned through menopause. I learned to make and solidify life-changing new habits, one step at a time. All of this was more valuable to me than simply losing weight.
