I'll provide you with an individualized approach to fitness and nutrition, with ongoing accountability and support. Anticipate a supportive, collaborative experience. I’ll be part nutritionist, part scientist, part caring friend and coach.

You will be empowered by and invested in the idea that you now have a set of “handling instructions for your body”. I’ll help you take responsibility for yourself — your thoughts, your beliefs, your story, your environments, and most importantly, your behavior.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Learning how to eat well isn’t just about knowing what foods to choose or counting calories. Making good decisions around food is about having the knowledge and confidence to eat in a way that’s best for you and your body.

Based on your lifestyle, personal preferences, likes, dislikes, and eating history we will find out exactly what it takes for you to be successful, without you feeling deprived. You will learn sane and sustainable nutrition habits that teach you how to make choices that lead you closer to your goals.
FITNESS TRAINING
Exercise smarter, not harder. Whatever your schedule, you will get a customized fitness program that fits your goals and provides maximum results, based on the amount of time you want to devote to training. Staying safe and injury-free is a top priority. Regular assessment methods will track your progress in terms of health, body composition and performance.
MINDSET COACHING
Good nutrition and a solid training program are essential to becoming healthy... but they will only take you so far. Mindset coaching will help you gain perspective and focus on what’s most important while reducing your stress and improving your outlook on life and your relationships. You will learn to work on mastering habits and a lifestyle that allow you to be your best self every day.
ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT
The Secret Weapon! You’re never doing it alone. You’ve got support. If you’ve ever tried to make significant lifestyle changes, you probably know going through the process alone rarely ends well. I’ll help you stay consistent no matter what life throws at you.

$75 per one-hour session length for either fitness training or nutrition coaching
