This mobility class is designed to teach you how to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your fitness potential, decrease possible injuries and become a better mover.

Here's what you'll learn...

- Why joint mobility is so important
- How to assess your current mobility – do you meet the shoulder, hip, spine and ankle mobility baselines?
- How to incorporate joint mobility drills into your daily activity. You'll learn joint specific drills and a 5 exercise circuit for better all-over movement.
